Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Risks from PPM NextGen

Import a risk register from PPM NextGen to connect an Acumen project with a PPM NextGen project.

Note: You will have to connect to PPM NextGen in the Deltek Acumen Options dialog to enable the PPM NextGen option.

To import risks from PPM NextGen, complete the following:

  1. Select the S3 // Risk tab.
  2. In the Import / Publish group, click PPM NextGen.
  3. Select Import Risks from PPM NextGen.
  4. Select a PPM NextGen project from the Connect PPM NextGen Project dialog.
  5. Click Link.
  6. In the Please Select Risks To Import dialog, select or clear the corresponding checkboxes of the risks you want to import.
  7. Click OK.
    After you have successfully linked a PPM NextGen project to an Acumen project, an "E" icon will display next to the project in the Risk Register tree.
